This spacious Wycham Townhome boasts over 2600 square feet of comfortable living space. The generous and attractive Great Room features high vaulted ceilings with interesting angles, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and two-story windows that allow uninterrupted enjoyment of the native vegetation outisde and the scenic mountain views that lie beyond.
The adjoining Dining Room comfortably seats large parties and shares the high ceilings and large windows. Sliding glass doors in the Dining Room lead outdoors to an open and inviting deck.
The Kitchen with has an eat-at bar and is open to the Dining Room, and also comes fully equipped with everything one might want in their home away from home.
There are three large bedrooms and three and ½ baths in this vacation getaway home. Two of the bedrooms, one on the main floor and one on the upper level, are complete with en-suite full baths and can both serve as Master Bedroom suites. The upper level Master features a spacious Master Bath complete with double vanities, tile floors, and a delightful circulating tub.
The Guest bedroom on the lower level has an adjoining full bath that is also accessible from the Family Room. A full bed located in the Family Room provides a fourth sleeping area.
While Wycham Townhomes are duplex homes, they each have separate entrances, do not share adjoining walls (double wall construction), and assure you maximum privacy during your stay.
